Information for participants needing visa to enter Mexico: Citizens from the countries listed below need a special approval from the Mexican Immigration Authority (Instituto Nacional de Migración), in order to be able to enter Mexico and participate in the conference. Things do take time in Mexico sometimes, and we recommend all participants who need visa to start the process as early as possible... |

The process for obtaining this approval must be made in person at a Mexican Consulate or Embassy. This process usually takes three to four weeks, but be prepared for surprises and start the process as early as possible. |

THOSE FOREIGNERS WITH LINKS IN MEXICO THROUGH A FRIEND OR A RELATIVE, AS
WELL AS FOR THOSE INIVITED TO WORK, PARTICIPATE IN A CONFERENCE, SEMINAR, CONGRESS, OR STUDY IN MEXICO (WITH
THE EXEPTION OF THOSE STUNDENTS THAT HAVE OBTAINED A SCHOLARSHIP FROM THE
MEXICAN GOVERNMENT): 3) THE VISA CAN BE ISSUE IN A MEXICAN CONSULATE IN EUROPE (I.E. LONDON, MADRID, PARIS, FRANKFURT, THE HAGUE), ONLY IF THAT IS REQUESTED TO THE MEXICAN MIGRATION AUTHORITY (INSTITUTO NACIONAL DE MIGRACION) BY THE PERSON, COMPANY OR INSTITUTION THAT IS INVITING THE FOREIGNER.
