conference participants are required to register and pay a
registration fee. Everyone who registers for "Aids in Culture
V" will be able to attend all formal conference sessions
including sub-conferences, special panel sessions, and all
conference related social, cultural and academic events that take
place at participating institutions before and during the event.
The complete
list of conference related events will be published at the
conference web site and information about the individual events
will be distributed to all participants before the conference
through the biweekly e-mail newsletter for conference delegates.
Registrants will also receive a copy of the conference program and
abstracts.
The
final list of conference activities will be published later on the
conference web site.
Participation
in these activities is included in the registration fee, but a number of special
events require separate
registration. :
In addition,
all conference delegates carrying their name badge (which will be
distributed at the registration desk), will have access to several
cultural, academic and social pre-conference activities and
various theater plays, film presentations and other conference
related artistic events organised in the participating
institutions before and during the conference. The complete
program will be published on the conference web site in October
2008. |
