All conference participants are required to register and pay a registration fee. Everyone who registers for "Aids in Culture" will be able to attend all formal conference sessions including sub-conferences, special panel sessions, and all conference related social, cultural and academic events that take place at participating institutions before and during the event.

All conference delegates who have submitted an abstract and been included in the program for "Aids in Culture" are already pre-registered.

Participant Category	Payment received via PayPal or Bank transfer in advance (Payments completed before 1. October):	Payment in cash, payment on location, and payments received after 1. October:
Waged delegates (speakers):	200 USD	250 USD
Students and unwaged delegates (speakers):	100 USD	150 USD

Each individual participant is responsible for his or her own registration and to pay the registration fee.
